Hi There World,

I'm a single 54 yr old woman who has done all that was required of me for my family so far. Now I'm putting myself first. When taking stock of all that I have done in the past to lose weight I realize I've spent a small fortune in trying to get it off and keep it off. Now I'm going to try a new tool, and hopefully my last tool to lose the weight. over the last 14 yrs I've put on an additional 175 lbs. Not good, says the girl who used to walk the capilano trail in North Vancouver. Now I can\t even go for a walk to the mail box. my back and knees don't like it and won't let me. And with all the other health problems I refuse to have a heart attack before I'm 60 So onward to the change of my life and bringing back good health. I'll get to walking those trails again, and I'll take my little dog with me to.
