Hello from Mississippi - day 11 after band

Hey, I am on day 11 after my lap band surgery. I lost 12 pounds on my Pre-op diet and I am trying to stay off the scales until I go back to the doctor on Aug 16. My doctor is Kevin Ward from Meridian, MS and his staff have been fabulous! My goal weight is about 145 (depending on when i get there) so I have about 110 pounds to loose. I am in my early 30's and have two kids and and a wonderful supportive husband, so I can't wait to start seeing the results! -
