made it to the 7th day i would have to say the worse part is the gas and the gasx works really well if you take it before you do you shakes. wanted to know if anyone stomach growles really loud lol... well it happen to me and i realized it was time for a shake it dont hurt but is kind of scarey if you have never been that hungry before well just have to say this far not to bad i am learning to listen to my body and it will let me know when i have drank to much. i think i drink until i am not ...
