hello i have my band and i just got home from the hospital i had to stay over night but it was not as bad i was thinking i am just taking it easy and walking and taking pain meds and doing the clear liquid thing.but i am going to be on . i also would say the left sholder do hurt but if i walk it go away and if i sit still for a min it go away but that dont feel good lol... my pain leavel just was at a 4 and thats because i took my meds on time , so i am so happy to get through this part now ...
