Buckeye Girl

I have been working so much lately and my computer at home is working great, however my internet is having some issues. I thought I would update the picture of my grandson and me, he is getting much bigger and I am getting smaller :-)

I was so happy when I finally weighed less than my hubby, but since I am so short, I knew I was still bigger than him, however I tried on some of his jeans the other day and they are way too big for me now :-) I couldn't believe it! I don't think that has ever happened. We've been the same size before, but never has his clothes been too big for me!!! YAY!!!

Yay! I have a new computer :-) I've missed you all!

My computer has been on the fritz so i havent been on for a while, but I am doing great and loving my sleeve! oh, and i now weigh less than my hubby

Wow, I made my goal this morning! Just in time :-)

1 more pound to reach my first goal, and I have until next Wednesday :-)

Got my stitches out today. It feels good to have them gone.

Took a nice long walk with my hubby today and being only a week out, I was walked farther than I would have before the surgery!

Wishing you all the best today! The first couple of days may seem horrible, but I promise it gets so much better! The recovery house is very nice, you will like it there.

Going home tomorrow and I feel pretty good. I had a great experience and will share my details once I'm home and settled in. For now I will just say that my coordinator, Melissa Bracker is wonderful!

How are you doing? Since surgery was on a Saturday, we stayed at the Clinic for two nights, today I will move to the recovery house, then home in the morning. I think I'm doing fairly well. How has it been since you've been home?

Today is my big day! I'm feeling really good. I slept great last night and I am ready! My hubby is very nervous, but that's just his nature. I feel so bad for him because just being in a hospital literally makes him nauseous, but he insisted on being with me through this. Today is our 17th wedding anniversary!

LaTasha, look up Ally, she is having surgery with Almanza on Friday and I will be there Saturday.

I will be at Jerusalem for surgery on the 10th. I should be there between 9:30-10am. If you are up and walking around, I will be the fat lady with brown curly hair sitting with a very nervous husband
