I'm only a little over a week out from surgery - but I am craving salad of all things. I'm curious to find out how long it normally is before our tummies can handle raw greens? Thanks much!

Hi All, Having my sleeve surgery on the 5th of January. Started preop diet - my particular Dr. has his clients do Bariatric Advantage - shakes and bars only. Nothing else. I'm so SICK... literaly SICK. It's disgustingly sweet, even the unflavored is sweetened. Anyone think to themselves - what the heck am I doing this for? How do you get ahead of your mind? Thanks much!
