That's my biggest fear not waking up and I go to surgery Friday. I'm so nervous and scared. plus been working alot without rest and that adds to the problem. I do 12 hr shifts and to get time off my days been crunched.

I have UHC it took me 8 days actualy, and 2 weeks total to get letter. I found out approved through letter first, then called my clinic. Goodluck. -

I ate at golden corral last night, it was a mistake and I did over eat or feel that i did. I had a tsp of a variety of foods mainly veggies no starches,baked meats and chocolate dipped marshmellows. I feel bad but I'm not gonna penalize myself since I've have been on pre-op diet since 1/16. Back on track today for surgery fri, need to stay focused. -

I did it and got approved my first submission. Having surgery next friday. Goodluck do like we did, use it as a learning tool before your band. Don't be too concerned about weight loss, unless required by your insurance. My Dr used my first weigh in for the insurance, I have UHC. -
Registered, all fees paid, surgery @ 0830, I'm set n ready 2 go. 6 days til surgery countdown in effect.

Being banded Mar 2 by Dr. Reilley, hope my liver has shrunk too. Have not weighed in 7 days will weigh in on pre-op appt 2/21. The office told me to lose 10lbs or he will postpone surgery, well guess I'll see on tues. The scale appeared to have not been my friend, but people on my job say they have noticed I lost and they wanted to weigh me but I refused. Good luck. -
Is it normal to have severe hunger/gas pains? My stomach has been sore and sending pain like lightning, been on pre-op diet since 1/16. If this does not resolve by tomorrow will call clinic. Been experiencing these pains for 2 days, did well on diet up until now. Have no idea why this is happening thinking I'm going into starvation mode.

Body fortress super advanced whey protein from walmart. It has 140 cal/2g fat/1 g sugar and 26g protein per 1 scoop = 52 g protein for 2 shakes. I like the chocolate but heard the strawberry is good. -

If they don't ask then don't tell. Told my boss what day I was having surgery and how long I needed off and she never ask what was I going to surgery for. I requested 2 weeks since I do 12 hr days and stand on my feet, it was approved with pay. Goodluck -

Hey we have the same date, will be checking up on you. March 2 can't come soon enough, I'm excited nervous, and scared but ready. -
Scheduled 2 weeks off today at my job for surgery, using pto so I want miss a beat wth my bills. Now that everything is in order, I'm definetly ready. Hope this is enough time, guess I will find out.
