sure! I just did my pre-surgical testing today at the hospital...not too bad. I am trying to get used to the way the messages/boards work, so sorry it took me a few days to get back to you. Does your doctor have you following a diet before surgery? Mine does and I am using Bariatric Advantage..2 shakes a day, and a salad/protein for lunch.
