<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I am working on three yrs out since I was banded by Dr Ikram Kureshi in 2008. It has been a great journey for me. When I made the decision to&nbsp;&nbsp;become banded I was over 100 pounds overweight with Hypertension, Diabetes, Congestive Heart failure and numerous other problems such as low self esteem, etc. I&nbsp;&nbsp;have lost from 258 lbs to 154. I feel great I no longer take anything for Blood Pressure or Diabetes. I have taken back my life and am so happy to feel like a human again. It is amazing how that people don't look right thru you anymore and never see you when you lose the excessive wieght. They actually see you!&nbsp; It is a committment and a way of life to live with the band. It is not a decision to be taken lightly. It must be researched and thoughtfully made before you make the decision. No regrets for me.</strong></p>
