I finally got the cast off my foot and still can't go to the gym because now I have a cold and can't stop coughing. Dang!

I went to a title boxing club last night and had the hardest workout of my life. It was fun but my muscles are screaming a little today.

I'm 10 days post op and for some reason I am craving meat. It's driving me crazy.

I've lost 66 lbs. I'm loving life and loving my sleeve.

It feels so good to be back in the gym on a regular basis.

Just sent the deposit and booked the day. It's November 4th. Woohoo. Very excited.

Just waiting to get the money for the deposit to the surgeon. It should only be a couple more weeks. Then I can schedule the surgery. Yeah!

Kind of shocked at how much my weight loss has slowed down. Only lost 4 pounds in the last month.

Kinda bummed out because I've only lost 2 pounds in the last few weeks. But getting lots of compliments so that helps.

Looking for a new motorcycle. I sold mine to pay for this surgery. It was worth it, but I'm ready for a new one!
