I had to stop and make sure I wasn't the one who wrote that! You sound like you are stuck like me.... I am trying to make adjustments in my food intake. I am frustrated because I can't eat very much and I am still not losing. I just posted that I think I am defective! I am motivated again though by visiting this site and meeting new people that are having the same issues. I hope that the changes that I am making(on liquids this week) are going to jump start my losing again... I was banded in March of 2010 ! Ugh! There is hope and we shall prevail! Just don't you give up or I 'll kick you in the arssss as requested ...

I would go back to Clear Liquids for a day or 2. That is bound to jump start you again.

Thanks guys, you made me feel better ..... back to liquids was a good idea MustangMama! I started Monday morning with the liquids-Figured there was no other alternative .It's already motivating me again and of course the scale went down already.... Awwwwwesome I will beat this!

Sign up for this months challenge. I created a schedule for myself so get some exercise daily and I at least look at my weight daily. Track your food on line using something like Livestrongs daily plate, track it all food Water and exercise. You will be amazed how that motivates you.

I am so frustrated and disappointed with myself. I was banded March 19, 2010. I think that I lost most of my weight before the surgery on the liquid diet. I have gone to my follow-up appointments and I have lost very slowly with only a total loss of 27 pounds. I am so stuck.... I don't exercise like I should but I do get exercise daily walking. I feel defective. I barely eat but I am at a MAJOR plateau... I need to jumpstart my weight-loss again... I want it so badly but I keep falling short. Any inspiration would be Appreciated! I wish I had a weightloss buddy . That would probably help...
