I try to maintain a balance in my diet but it's hard for me to keep anything down . I know that sounds crazy ... I had a fill not too long ago maybe 3 months and water and everything went fine.. it seems like it depends on the day and if my band wants to cooperate . That is frustrating when you can't eat or lose. i started a liquid diet this week we shall see. Already seeing results

So glad I found this site! The support is great and my MOTIVATION is back!!! Thanks Guys!!
