Good to hear from you again and so happy you are doing well. No worries about taking a long time to reply to my comment. We are all in a major undertaking here which takes up a lot of time. I am doing fine just getting started on adding full liquids to clear liquids and everything takes a LOT of time. sip, sip, sip. Great work on your weight loss. I hope I do the same.
