Hi all, Looking for a lap band buddy in Ct. I was banded on 8/2. Looking for someone to help support each other.

Don't worry, I am 8 days pre-op today. I was banded on August 2nd and my 1st visit isn't until the 17th. I called the office yesterday and spoke to the nurse pract, i told her i was getting hungry. YOU CANT advance to the next stage till next week. I'm like o.k.,but i had a 1/4 small curd cottage cheese for lunch it hurt a little after, but i defintly felt more fufilled. Are you getting enough protein?

I'm 7 days post surgery, been doing ok. Lots of pain on right side,hard to sleep. I want to have a scrambled egg! My follow up isn't until 17th! I will chew the crap out of it.
