This may seem crazy, but after having lap band surgery in Mexico on 9/9/09 I have not eaten any solids. My weight has gone down a little but I have been on a cane for over a year and unable to exercise or walk. My metabolism must be on hold. I take in so few calories a day but still weigh 330 lbs down from 380. Should be more! When I went to see if they could add saline doctor told me it was already too tight empty???????????
