Congrats on you 2 pounds, that's a great start.....I started my protein shakes/ veggies oct 26 surgery, and the week before the 26 i ate chicken, fish and veggies......today I am down 17 pounds, i have cheated some days because i love food and it was really hard, surgery nov 9th.....God be with us all because its hard for me....good luck to all of us -
hi Damander so happy for you...that's my 52 bday.....I an getting banned on Nov. 9th now that's my present to me..congrats hope everything goes well for you, i do have a question for you did tricare pay for your physc exam or did you have to come out of pocket i have scott and white and tricare of course s and w denied me but tricar is paying for surgrey...my surgeon is Dr. Carpenter it don't look like alot of people in central texas use him don't know if he is new but i am so thankful and ready to have it done will be praying for us both....congrats again
