I work out 6 days a week and eat or should say chew my food until it is vapor... However, I have had period of weight not coming off and found that it seemed to be the periods of drinking more coffee instead of water. I have been at 190 for 5 weeks now and I'm ok with that but I have lost 120 lbs so that helps. Are you exercising? Remember this is only a tool not a fix all.
