Hello All, I am from Ohio and was sleeved May 2012 and doing very well, I am 53 year old. My starting weight was 248 and I now 175 and my goal weight is 155.My weight is good 75 total and I have 20 more to go I havent had much hair lost, Thanking God!! . I use coconut oil, vegetable gylcerine, black castor oil all mixed in water on hair, I have curly hair and decided when I had surgery to go natural and I spray on 1-2 times a day and I believe it stoped hair lost, I found this on YOU TUBE. I am able to eat whatever I like just very little. My mind is always hungry but I know the difference now, if I over eat I become very sick like SHARP gas pains in stomach and in my back and last up to 1 hour or longer it just depends. I try not to get like that because it is very painful. I work out 4x a week and enjoy it for the first time in my life. I wish nothing but God's Blessing in our journey in weight loss.

You really had some good questions and I am going to try to answer what it is like for me. First question about hunger, My mind is always hungry but after 5 months I know the difference if that makes since, I always think about food in my mind but stomach is not hungry. Second question, my surgery was good with no problems or complications so I felt like moving and doing things immediately, I believe that being active before surgery is a big help and helped me alot (walking). Third question clothes, When I realized I could fit much smaller clothes I was so excited, I danced around smiling and I kept saying thank you God......Yes! The first place I noticed I had lost weight was in face and neck. I have lost a total of 70 pounds so far and have 20 more to go.Everyone tells me I look smaller than I am and that feels great. I look forward to exercising now, I really enjoy it and do it 4x week. I am so thankful and blessed. My husband is such a great support of me losing weight and keeping me motivated to exercise. God's Blesings your way!! Hope this helps and make since.

Good for ALL your success, keep doing what you are doing and shake the negative people off....I am going into my 5 month and my hair has very min, shedding, I think because of surgrey 4 months prior I statrted on Biotin, I don't put no chemicals on hair because the hair is very fragile right now. I read on You Tube about using coconut oil and gylcerine oil mixed in water and spray on hair daily. I believe it helped me alot. Anyway.....Continue Success!! -

Yes I have a treadclimber and just started back using it this week. It is a heck of a work out and targets so MANY areas of your body. I started out walking on it the first few days with treadmill put together. Saturday I seperated the treadmill part and worked it out. I am walking on it for 15-18 minutes. It is very hard but I am going to get it mastered.....lol. It always feel like you are going up hill or stairs. It will not beat me. Good luch and if u have any question let me know.

I believe that you have talked to her and she refuses to listen so if i was you i would leave it alone. You can't keep beating her over the head. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.....UNDERSTAND!! Just keep her in prayer and move on with you. I hope this makes since.

Hello Cheryla, I understand that your are having problems right now with things not working out and can put you down in the dumps, but I believe everything happens for a reason. We as people always try to control things that we cannot control and we worry way more than we should. Only thing worring does is cause us to be upset and discourage and maybe becoming ill for NO reason.Keep the faith and your head up. BLESSINGS

Good for you, I was sleeved on May 14 and I feel good thus far. I made mistake and told 2 of my family members and I wish I didn't. I know that everyone won't be happy for me because people don't like change and if they are heavy they feel like they are still heavy and don't like that feeling. Keep your head up and keep on keeping on......God's Blessings. -
