Thanks everyone for your support I had a typo I gain 9 lbs . I have been under a lot of stress lately, I don't have any support outside vertical sleeve group I am happy to have you'll in my life! Yes! I can eat anything my sleeve is made of steel I guess ha ha but I don't eat a lot I do feel restriction I have gotten sick maybe twice due to over eating sometimes I take one to many bites. Once I lost my gym membership 3 weeks ago do to income problems I gave up on my health I was loving me 3 weeks ago! I don't have anyone to team up with on weight loss here I feel all alone. Tomorrow will be a brand new day I will start over with a liquid diet and exercise! My husband got me a treadmill today from craiglist but the weight capacity is required 250lbs or less and I'm 336 I tried it out anyway it works but I feel the belt stops a few times. I will keep you all posted is there anyone on here would like to be wls buddies I have fb and web cam let me know thanks everyone!

When you are bored put on some music and dance or sing you won't think about food that is what I do and it works! I only had a yogurt and water today never felt hungery head hunger didn't get to me today.

Yep. I get hunger pains too I just sip on water it goes away

I am so sorry I hope you feel better honey. It sound like maybe he didn't care about you if he did he wouldn't walk away llike that or maybe is scared of losing you only time wil tell just relax give him so space maybe he will come back or even call you. Please don't let you baby see you breaking down he have you! Your heart will heal over time maybe someone new will come around and take care of the both of you. Pray about honey don't let that man make you feel that way 2012 is your year of a new body and a new life with or with him! Hold your head up! Well when I cook for my Fam I will taste and I also chew and spit it out I know that's bad but I have been doing everything but not my Protein it make me feel sick. I came on my period day after surgery I was mad lol extra work on me ugh and I was given blood thinners so it was really bad!

Wow I had got mine the day after surgery and it was messy due to the blood thinners I kept getting

My surgery went very smooth I am so happy that I did it. I had no gas pains didn't vomit just soreness . I am sipping on broth and water very slow but it seems like my tummy can't get enough I can wait to get solid foods so that I can feel full.

Wow I'm late on responses! Well I am doing great. Healing very well I feel back to normal already I know I wasn't suppose to have sex but I did twice my husband can't keep his hands off of me lol I lost 46lbs in 3 weeks. And I can see and feel the change. I am still on liquids I meet with my Dr. On Monday I am hoping to start exercising and eating food soon as get started on birth control soon I do not need a baby right but things are heating up in the bedroom lol I am feeling sexy again and enjoying love making with my husband I was so big a few weeks ago sex sucks for me I didn't even wanted. Sorry if that was TMI I'm just happy! I love my slveeve .
