I have always been pretty athletic, until my junior year of college, that's where I began to start gaining a tremendous amount of weight. I said enough is enough and I opted to go for the lapband. I got my surgery on December 20, 2010. I started at 321. As of today July 29, 2011 I am 278. I was at a stand still for a month and recently got a fill, and am not at 7.5cc. I work out everyday for at least an hour. THE LAP BAND IS NOT MEANT TO DO ALL OF THE WORK FOR YOU. YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE TO EAT CORRECTLY AND AT LEAST WORK OUT 30 MIN. A DAY. Now with my recent fill, all I can literally eat is about 5 to 6 ounces of food everyday. I can already feel the pounds shredding off of me!
