Believe me it is no advertisement. Just very well written. I had also plastic surgery with Dr Victor Gutierrez as well. My review about him and my surgery is the same. I had never experienced such care, love and concern until I had plastic surgery with this doctor with stunning results. All of the reviews are the same even on RealSelf. Believe me, it is no advertisement, it is just that all of his patients, including me have never experienced this kind of care from a doctor before and write about him and their experience. I know I had not. I guess you have to experience it to believe it. You are welcome to look at my gallery of before and after pictures here on this site and also read my story. -

Few days post op breast lift w/out implant
Sweet Pee replied to Krystalrez's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I had a breast lift without implants too. After my breast lift, I remember it takes a little time for them to shape up and look normal. Be sure to express your concerns with your plastic surgeon. -
Many people do not understand how life changing plastic surgery can be. Congratulations on your success. Hopefully your story will inspire many others to make the same life changing journey.

Plastic Surgery in Mexico
Sweet Pee replied to Myraj0526's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Hi Sandy M, I had a Mommy Makeover, which consisted of a Lower Body Lift, Breast Lift and a Butt Lift which were done on the same day. The cost of my surgery was reasonable, but the exceptional care that I received from my doctor was priceless. They are very nice and will speak to you directly about procedures or prices. (Smile) http://www.dr-victorgutierrez.com I hope this helps Sweet Pee -
Me too.

How soon after multiple procedures can you resume exercise (Zumba)
Sweet Pee replied to AmyInOrlando's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Not at first. Right after surgery, I had to force myself to eat. I can still remember my Dr G telling me over and over again "you must eat!" (Smile) Later on, yes, I made sure to only feed my body with healthy foods to avoid weight gain. Also, with my tiny tummy and the compression garment on, it was hard to hold much food anyway. I knew it was more important for me to heal first before exercising. 9 months after my plastic surgery, on March 1, 2014, I ran my first 15K marathon. You see, exercise will always be available, but after plastic surgery, give your body time to heal. Trust me, time will pass, and you will be back to exercising in no time. Sweet Pee -

How soon after multiple procedures can you resume exercise (Zumba)
Sweet Pee replied to AmyInOrlando's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
It is always best to follow your doctors recommendations, however I feel some doctors are telling patients that has had multiple procedures to resume normal activity a little too quickly in my own personal opinion. I know I had to wait many months. I was instructed by my plastic suregeon to stay off my feet as much as possible. Plastic surgery recovery is slow. The body expends a lot of energy healing, so even if you feel like exercising your body will not have enough energy to do it early on. Your will feel tired a lot. It took me about 7 months before of could resume exercising the same way I did before my surgery. Don't get me wrong, I was exercising, but I was taking it slow and easy. After having multiple procedures, it is not a good idea to rush recovery by exercising too soon. Exercise will always be there once your body is ready and you have recovered. Sweet Pee -

I had excellent results with Dr Victor Gutierrez. He also has several wonderful reviews on RealSelf.com Here are some before and after pictures of my plastic surgery results. http://www.bariatricpal.com/gallery/member/116222-sweet-pee/ Take care, Sweet Pee -
Sometime being young has its advantage. The elasticity and collagen in the skin is much better when you are younger. Give it a little time before you decide to have plastic surgery. A lot of your skin might just go back into place with time. A tummy tuck will pull your stomach skin tight and also repair your loose ab muscles. However, a baby needs room to grow, which might stretch your skin again, cause stretch marks and ruin all of that beautiful surgery you have paid so much money for.

6 weeks update with pictures!
Sweet Pee replied to LovingmeForever's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
You look GREAT!! Someone else mention you must have had a great surgeon. Heck yeah!!!! Dr G is the absolute best. (Smile) You look wonderful. Recovery takes so long, but it is worth all of the down time! Take care. Happy Healing, Sweet Pee -
Light exercise after three weeks for me was impossible! I was still barely moving. I still needed help getting up, and doing simple things for myself. (Smile)I know everyone's healing time is different. Later, I forced myself to go slow, plus my plastic surgeon always told me to stay off my feet. The best advice ever!!!!

Question about the tata's-lift/reshaping/reduction

My boobies played the same mean trick on me too. All skin! I got a lift even though my Doc said I would look better with implants. No regrets. Feels good to be perky. Go for it! -
Hi CBT, Hunger is just a signal trying to tell you that your body needs something. I hate it when I am hungry, then I eat a few bites, get full, but still feel like I need to eat more. That means I am lacking a particular nutrient that my body needs. I made sure I supplemented, because I knew it was important, especially after my surgery. I was not hungry because I supplemented my nutritional needs when I was in recovery. As soon as I arrived home from the hospital I started juicing vegetables and fruits which contains vital micronutrients that supported my body during the healing phase. All of my nutritional needs were met by doing this. I could not meet my nutritional needs by eating food alone, because of my tiny tummy and the compression garment. I could not hold very much food. There is no way I could have met my daily nutritional needs, plus have extra nutrients to support my healing body by eating only food. My body was demanding a lot! (Smile) I also supplemented with a whole food vitamin- mineral supplement. I also used a green vegan Protein powder supplement, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 raw egg, colostrum powder, and collagen powder daily to help support the soft tissue healing process. It may seem like a lot, but the scoops in the containers were very small, so a little for me lasted a long time. If you are craving specific foods, your body is probably craving a particular nutrient. Listen to you body. It is very intelligent! I know when I want a banana, I might need more potassium, or oranges, I need Vitamin C. I prefer to eat the orange, because they are my favorite. You get my point. Listen to your body and find out what it is lacking and go from there. I hopes this helps. Smile Happy healing, Sweet Pee

This surgery will make the strongest, stubbornest individual realize that our body is in complete control, and we must humbly follow along, no matter if we are willing participants or not. Give it some time. You will be back in the drivers seat in a few more months. Until then, just happily and meekly go along for the ride.
