Best Tasting Calcium Supplement EVER!
Sweet Pee replied to Ree's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
Those are good!!! I have to be careful though. I might want a candy bar after the soft chewy vitamins. -
Soft gels work for me.

Plastics worked for my. Perky is much better for me. Thankfully I has a good plastic surgeon that could do mine without implants.

Yup, you may need to get the dress closer to the date. The same thing happen to me last year. I tried on a size 10. It fit perfectly. I bought a size 6. Four months later the size 6 dress was getting too big. I had to slack up exercising an eat lots of nuts to keep from losing too much more weight so I would not have to pay for expensive alterations.

I ate a lot of greens and juiced green veggies before and after my sleeve. Maybe add more green veggies. Between that and Boot Camp at the gym, the weight came off. If I did not exercise, I would not lose an ounce.

You could also use it as a cologne, but people might get the wrong idea. Ha ha. Feel better soon! -

When I was down to my goal weight, a woman came into the gym for the first time weighing about 290lbs. She had on a skirt, t-shirt and tennis shoes. She sat on a recliner exercise bike. She stayed on it for 15 min. She came in regularly for 8 months. Fast forward - One day I went up to her and told her how good she looked and how much weight she had lost. (That was my first time talking to her although we had seen each other many times) She started to cry. She told me she has decided that day was going to be her last time at the gym, because she felt she had made no progress. She dried up her tears and told she will continue to come to the gym. She did and continued to lose weight. Although I am in a skinny body now, I will alway know how it feels to be fat. Now when I see someone working hard to lose weight, I try to say something encouraging. You never know what might help.

Does it make since to exercise while Aunt Flo is visiting?
Sweet Pee replied to MK1986's topic in The Gals' Room
Big lol! Sometimes when she is about to visit, I just do not have the energy to do anything but lay down. -
Although we may not think we change with our weigh loss, we really do. Our husbands can see it. Our change is for the better, and sometimes it just take our husbands a little while to come up to speed and appreciated out new bodies and the positive changes we have made for ourselves.

I usually wrap one of those ab sweat exercise wraps around my waist, before I put on my shaper. It helps! I can't breath, or eat, or talk, but I'm looking sexy. Then I put on my high heels, and my toes hurt, my feet hurt and I can't walk, but hey, I'm looking sexy!
