Photos taken 5 months after my plastic surgery. I had a Mommy Makerover, which consisted of a Lower Body Lift, a Breast Lift, and a Butt Lift. As a personal choice I decided against breast implants. I also did not have liposuction. I went from wearing a size 8 to a size 3/4. My weight on these pictures is 136lbs. I am happy with my results. My scar lines are straight, flat, and starting to blend in with my natural skin tone. The scars on my breast are barely visible. I chose my plastic surgeon, Dr Victor Gutierrez very carefully, after many months of research. After having the surgery, recovery time for me was slow, but steady. Looking back, I would certainly to it all over again!© rl

The photo was taken 5 months after my plastic surgery. Swelling does take time to go down, but the end results are amazing. It took about 3 months to be able to stand up straight and tall. This surgery takes a lot of patience, and people need to know that although the results are amazing, healing takes time. -

There is a growing popularity for people that have had weight loss surgery to look in to getting plastic surgery. Some people have struggled with their weight all their life while others for only a short time elect plastic surgery as an option after weight loss. I decided on plastic surgery, because after working so long and hard to lose weight, and spending countless hours in the gym, I disappointed with all the rolls of extra hanging skin. I felt good about myself on the inside, but I wanted my body to look nice on the outside. After my plastic surgery with Dr Victor Gutierrez in Tijuana, Mexico, my confidence level has sky-rocked. I feel like a new person. This has been an exciting journey for me and this experience has taught me patience. It has taught me that healing takes time. It has most of all taught me to love and respect my body. Photos taken 5 months after my plastic surgery. My Butt Lift was important to me for so many reasons. First of all, I was in pain everyday, because I was sitting on my tailbone. Sitting down is suppose to be comfortable, but it was not for me. I am thankful for making the decision to have plastic surgery, because this butt lift procedure for me was not only about body image, but most importantly it gave me relief from daily pain. Dr Victor Gutierrez used two flaps from the upper part of my gluteal area durning my lower body lift and used it to create implants made of Dermo fat tissue which gave me volume. My bottom has always been very flat, so now after my Butt Lift am happy to be able to fill up the back part of my pants.© rl

I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery August 2011. I losit 120lbs. My weight on these pictures was 142lbs. They were taken my my plastic surgeon, Dr Victor Gutierrez located in Baja California, Tijuana, Mexico. I chose him as my plastic suregeon based on his educational background, experience, professionalism, health care concern and reasonable price quote. This pictures clearly show lots of extra skin. My asymmetrical breasts, hanging stomach, and flat butt. -

2 miles. I increased my speed. Thought I was going to pass out!!! It was cold and my asthma flared up. I felt so good after that run! When I got home I was panting gulps of air. I stood over my gas heater an breathed in hot air and was breathing better in no time. 19 miles total for the month.

Hi Kris, Hang in there. The rewards are there. Just give it a few more weeks. I am grateful I did not experience any of your level of pain. I had a LBL, breast and butt lift 6 months ago in Tijuana also, but with a different plastic surgeon, and understand what you are going through. I am sure the doctor can help with adjusting your medication to make you more comfortable. No one likes pain! Thank you for sharing your story, and please know everything will get better. -
4 miles. Total 17 miles for the month Biceps and triceps 10 lbs, 15 reps, 5 Sets

There is no way I would have been able to go home the same day!! Like cowgirl jane, aftercare was important to me. I could not even get up by myself to go to the bathroom. I think it is crazy being sent home the same day after major surgery. I think traveling out of the country is a smart decision based on each individuals needs. I am a total big baby and need extra care after surgery. Glad I am happy went to Dr Gutierrez. -
Monday Ran 1 1/2 miles. It was pouring raining. Total 13 miles for the month. 1s plank. Although it has been 6 months after plastic surgery, I could not do it. I will make my goal 10 push ups a day instead of planks. 3 set 10lbs biceps and triceps. Yesterday my darling little Sweeptees, and Mr. Sweetpee came home starving. Cooked a soup to warm us up. I did not run at all
