Thanks for sharing your pictures. It is hard to find before and after pictures of a mini thigh lift surgery. You may not realize how helpful your information or pictures are, but I think I speak for the majority, THANKS,!!. You really look Great!!!! -

Hi Scout, I had plastic surgery in June 2013. I signed up for my first 15k back in October 2013. and will be running on March 1, 2014. I signed up for it because after my LBL I was having a hard time getting motivated to exercise due to lack of energy. I would also hurt on certain places on my body when I would jog, so I postponed jogging and I would wait a while and try again later. Now, recently, am at a point in my recovery where I can jog and even run, which means I have trained very little for this race on Saturday. Just to see if I could do it, I ran/jog 8 miles on last Saturday. I felt like I had just won an Olympic medal after that. Do you have any suggestions for me, or any recommendations for me. I am so nervous!! Thanks, Sweetpee -
Looking good!!!

Here are some TV shows that are always entertaining to me. NCIS, Doc Martin, and King Of the Hill are some suggestions. Happy Healing, Sweetpee

Ariel center in Tijuanna?
Sweet Pee replied to Derbymama21's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Hi thedivinemsQ, You are so nice. Thank you for the compliment!! That makes me feel wonderful. The precedures I had were a Lower Body Lift, (a tummy tuck that goes all the around the body) a Breast Lift, (no implants) and a Butt Lift. Many people refer to these precedures as a Mommy Makeover. I have not had my arm lift (currently my arms measure 13 inches) nor my thight lift yet, however I am looking into getting these precedures done by the same plastic suregeon in the very near future. -
I am sure it is all swelling. Things are going to get better. Hang in there! All will heal with time.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman Nutritarian Diet lifestyle. I follow this 90% of the time. The other 10% is eating with my family on special occasions. Even then I still try to make excellent food choices. I literally go crazy over a well made kale salad.

What to eat from Chinese reataurant?
Sweet Pee replied to Wendydarling19's topic in Food and Nutrition
I very rarely eat meat. If I choose to eat meat, it has to be organic, and grass fed. I obtain my most protein from green vegetables. I can eat a plate full of raw leafy veggies, but if I eat a piece of meat, I am full and I can not get enough vital nutrients my body needs from green vegetables. I do not recommend this for everyone, but it works for me. My blood/lab stats show this is the right way for me. Mmmmmm, just reading the ingredients of the Moo Goo Gai Pan is making my mouth water!!! Sounds like a dinner date, or some good take out food for today for me and hubby. -

Moo Goo Gai Pan is my favorite. I give all of the chicken to my husband, and stick with the veggies. I eat it with a few bites of steamed rice, then I am full. -
Every time I go into a vitamin store (which is not often) someone comes in asking for a particular product they saw on Dr Oz.
