After years of the up and down scale (mostly UP), I decided last year to persue lapband surgery. I am currently seeing a nutritionist (as required by my insurance). I am joining this site so that I can gain as much knowledge and 'real-life' info from other lapband patients as I can. I am being discouraged by many friends and family members, but I have made up my mind and am looking for support :)
