[size=3][font=georgia,serif]Hello, my name is Shayna and I was banded on June 29th 2011. So far I have lost 30 pounds! I am so excited as the weight is coming off and I cannot wait until I am off of the BP medicine and my incisions totally heal :) I look forward to feeling like a new person. Just with the little weight that I have lost I do already feel better. I still have a long way to go but I know I will get there. [/font][/size]

[size=3][font=georgia,serif]WOW, it's been so long since I have been here. As you can see I have been busy and have had lots more energy :) I have about 80 more pounds to go till I am at MY IDEAL weight. I do not go by them weight charts because I like my curvy shape and I like being "thick" just want to get rid of the jiggle, wiggle and the rolls LOL. I have come a long way and I have had lots of struggles with what I can and cannot eat. Still, the lap band has been my tool and with me every step of the way, I have no regrets!!!![/font][/size]
