My goal for next week is to try adding calcium and vit d supplements AGAIN. So far they have all made me violently ill as do jalapenos, but hopefully in time my tummy sensitivity will allow proper supplmentation. I would be open to any tips!! I have tried powder, tablets, and chews, chews are ok until about the third one for the day
