Back to work tomorrow...ugh. Gonna get one more good workout in today, hopefully. I work 16 hour shifts and am too beat when I get home to exercise. I hope two thirty minute sessions on my days off make up or the three work days with no exercise. Weight loss is picking up again, so something must be going right!
