itching is good. those are signs its healing up. there might even be some discharge ... just take good care of the incision.. and everything will heal well..

I had a couple of episodes of super restrictions, even liquids go down very hard. But the good thing about mine is that it always goes away... Just make sure you dont get dehydrated kelly..

Yes, Health was a major reason for me also. Dieting and taking diet drugs is not a permanent solution and is harmfull for your health. My doctor told me I had a liver problem. Elevated something, I forgot the term. I wasn't allowed to take any medicine without getting permission from my doctor. But now everything is back to normal, in perfect health

Try loading up on water before your meal. It helps giving you a full feeling also. But I think drinking a little water doesn't do any harm at all. Its whatever works for you!

TY :D Yes these plateaus are really something. Without the band I would have been eating as usual long time ago. I still have till end of this year to reach my goal, so still plenty of time :D

I didn't read this long thread. But my mom seems to be of the same kind.Always very critical and never happy with me. She called me fat when I was just 155lbs.. And I have been telling her about my loss and she just says.. oh thats still a lot of weight. I just ignore her now..

Try looking at the non weight related changes. Does the clothes feel looser? rings falling off? that kind of stuff..

Sometimes it does make noises. quite loudly I might say.. But it all depends on the person. My stomach barely makes any noise Anyways lols to answer your question about the no response.. Sometimes its hard to get to your message for some users, because it just one of the many, not all users use the "view new post" message feature.
