My name is Jill and I'm new to this site and so glad I found it because I'll need all the support and advice I can get!! I've been in the program since the end of last year and finally have my surgery date!!! September 22nd I'm very excited!! I meet with the preop nutritionist tomorrow so i'm sure I'll get my new diet then. Which is good because I have had the last supper syndrome lately and have been eating alot more than I should be! I'm so happy to be making these new life style changes! Good luck to you all with your upcoming dates!!

They make you get a pap smear just because all medical tests need to be up to date. I had to go thru the same thing which prolonged getting my surgery date and I have mild dysplasia. They just want to make sure you dont have cervial cancer or anything bad. It shouldnt cause you to not get a date because I got mine. Just took longer!! Good luck!
