Weird! I have been having some problems in that area, I did not think it to be a testosterone problem because the wind will make me hard, what I have seen in my situation is that I had a hard time ejaculating. I went to a urologist for that problem and because I am up several times a night for peeing he gave me Flowmax, it took about a month but now I have no prroblem ejaculating and it makes my girlfriend happy!

Scheduling Fills With A Heavy Travel Schedule

I Travel alot for work, sometimes I am gone 2 week sometimes 2 months, I just call the Dr. office when I find out I will be gone and they ask when I can come in again and i reschedule. have been banded 1 yr 5 mths and have had just 5 fills! It works for me! I have never heard of an emergency unfill kit before! WOW -

I drink water all day until around 6 pm or I will be up all night peeing! Water helps with many things but specifically BMs. I don't really like water mysef but after a couple incidents I have learned to embrase it!

1/2 cup PB if it's cold you will have to soften it up a bit in the micro, just dont get it runny. 3/4 package silken (soft) lowfat tufo about 10-11 ounces. whipped up 2 egg whites, beaten 2 tblspoons honey . 3 scoops protien powder, I use chocolate 1/2 cup natural applesauce, no added sugar 1/2 cup whole oats 1/2 cup oat flour mix all the wet stuff together, then add in the protien powder... last comes the oats and the flour slowly add the flour till you get a brownie batter consistancy..... spray an 8x8 pan with veggie oil and coat with oat flour. put in the over for 20-30 minutes. monitor closely!!! oven temps vary!! The bars should brown on the top just a bit, but the middle will still be a little wet when tested with a knife. Tofu hardens upon cooling. let cool completely in the pan then cut into bars. you can get your exact amounts of carbs, protien and fat when you cut into the sizes you want... take the bars and divide by the totals...viola! You get 8-10 bars 118 cals 22g pro 6g carbs .5 fat You can also add 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit such as Apricots, Prunes, or Plums chopped up very small, they add a really nice taste and some potassium.
