Hello everyone I was wondering about online trainer programs because i have come to realize that with my weight loss journey i need professional help of some sort because what i am dong on my own is sporadic and really not getting the job done i do not know what is going on with me i work out for 3 days straight then i stop for three days its just not right for a young man who wants to lose weight really bad just cant cut the mustard in my heart i want to get the job done but my head always make an excuse things are really boring for me when i work out.I believe dealing with a professional would really help and give me some motivation cause right know thats my biggest hurdle. So do you guys know of any online programs were you deal with a professional trainer who writes up a custom program to help you reach your goals thats good for you and caters to your abilitys cause i need a change of some sort.Has anyone ever done something like this. Thanks Brandon

How many people use her DVDs and actually lost substantial weight with them i have tried the treadmill but im just not ready for it i believe i can get a better effective work out doing her 3 mile and 4 mile walk what do you guys think. thanks brandon 17

Hi guys it seems i am having motivation problems i really think my fitness level is really holding me back it seems i can only do 20 minutes on the treadmill at the warm up pace and its funny next to the warm up pace setting it has a little turtle next to it lol.and i can only do that in intervals the fat burn pace i will be lucky to get 6 minutes done with out dying.and when i try to do leslie sansones 3 mile walk just the sight of her on my screen just irritates me and causes me to not do her video its just so boring im to big to do damage on the treadmill and the work out dvds just irk me and it seems im not losing weight.I just want to know what can a 26 yr old guy that weighs 350 pounds can do effectively to sustain constant weight loss well with in range of his limits i know its not an easy task its just seems im doing something wrong.i do work out at 3am-to4am in the morning maybe i should change that and the doc told to start lifting weights and that would help with weight loss.i dont know i just need to hit the mental reset button. anyway thanks guys sorry for the poor grammar good luck to all brandon17

Questions about the lap band surgery
BRANDON17 posted a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello everyone my name is Brandon and I am currently looking to get the lap band surgery but I have a few concerns and questions I really think this is the best option for me being that I am extremely overweight and its is holding my life back it is stopping me from reaching my full potential so I was hoping I could ask you guys a few questions being that you have went through this process already I would like to know is surgery painful at all when you wake up,does the wait fall off of you at first I would like to know this cause IM so obese that I need to lose at least 50 pounds before I can really exercise the proper way.and what is food like like can you still enjoy food when you have reached your goal I love steak would I be able to ate steak eventually and can you have the band eventually removed when your lifestyle has significantly changed? and what is the band like when they adjust to open it as far as it can go?? These are just a few question of course I have more but I will just wait thanks Brandon -
I have been reading up on lap band surgery and i have read that people who have had surgery some say they ate hot wings, chilli.etc etc are these people just talking about a couple of spoon fulls or one or two bites then thats the end of your meal can someone put in to perspective what a dinner time meal consist of? i mean how much can you really eat and how do people gain the weight back with the band if you can only handle such a small amount of food. Also when you first get the band i take it its very tight so what exactly is a fill? and what are the parameters to get the band loosened or tightened and i am under the imoression you can get the band so loose to as if you wont vomit when you eat a large meal is this true. can you go back to a regular stomach once you have reached your goal but the band is still there just out of commission. Also I love to drink juice and soda thats my main thing I love all liquids i literally sip on diet coke all day long would i be able to do this with the band i know carbonated is bad for you but i would like to enjoy juice or a snapple every once and while whats is drinking liquids like. And another thing this really immature i know but im only 26 and every blue moon i like to drink alcohol and get a little drunk i like to party i mean would i be able to get drunk like a normal young person in moderation of course but this a big concern of mine to enjoy a night out with friends and get a little crazy. And as i said in a previous post vomiting is a big concern for me i sort of have a phobia about it do people vomit alot with the band just for know good reason i knoe if you eat to much you will but what about reguraly one perosn told me you will vomit after surgey did you guys puke after surgery? Thanks guys i really appreciate the help Brandon

Ok guys I have talked to my mother and father about getting the band they say im to young and I should just go on a strict diet and excersie they best way i can but excersise is so pain staking to me and i feel the lap band will give me results quicker than doing the grueling excersise and diet.and many people have told me the band is no sure fire way to lose lots of weight.so why do it? i mean how does the band help you to lose weight im confused. thankls guys brandon
