I had surgery almost one year ago exactly. I knew I was getting out of control with my weight and I knew something had to be done. One of the hardest challenges for me is remembering to chew enough times so I don't get sick. I almost never miss any of the bad food that I used eat. My last adjustment was about february and in march I had to take out the amount that I put in because the stomach muscles were inflamed. So from time to time it still gets like that . I'm deciding right now to loosen it another point 3 cc's. I am really struggling with the decision because within the last month and a half eating has been really hard for me. I gained about six to eight pounds. So right now I'm about 243lbs. I joined this forum to see if any fellow bandsters have any insight as to what I should do. Should I loosen it a little more or try to lose more weight around the band to be comfortable again.
