Hello, I would like to know if anyone is a patient of Dr. Korman in Marina Del Rey. I had a consultation with him and I just wanted to swap experiences

I met with him and I really did like him. I wasnt too happy with the office. If was really shabby. I cant find the right words for it. It was dark in there. when i first walked in i was ready to leave. On top of being nervous i initially wasnt comfortable. i decided to tough it out and meet him. i didnt want to judge a book by its cover.. it was explained to me that the office was part of the hospital and he just worked out of it. So i stayed for the appoinment. He communicates well and was willing to meet me half way with the guidelines that i have. I dont have to "diet" but i do have to attempt to "low carb" it to "condition" my body for the surgery. I also have to do the psych and nutrionist, and a sleep study. when all is said and done im spending about 1500 out of pocket. overall , i am happy that i stayed and met with him. he explained things well, and was too the point. He seemed sincere and supportive. He answered all of my questions with out making me feel as though i was over reacting.

i also have CA anthem bcbs. i just had my first consultation yeterday. there was no required pre-diet however before they would submit pa request. i have to see the psych - nutritionist-gi xray-sleep study. this facility requires that i do a pre class at $400 and $800 post-op. its about 1450 in out of pocket fees. i dont really know if the additional cost only apply to this facility because its my first consult but my i know my insurance covers 100% of the procedure.

Hi everyone! I found this site while looking to research dr. jeremy korman in marina del rey . my first appoitnment with him is tomorrow and i was just generally searching for info. I decided to join the site for the support.

thank you guys very much. i am very nervous. but i cant take another minute. i was always thick. but when i had my last daughter i gained alot of wait and began to have thyroid problems. i am hypo active and no matter what i do i cant lose anymore weight. @ sweetheart what is bandster hell. i havent heard of that one. lol
