Hi EK, I thought we should get to know each other. I am having my surgery on august 16th also. Mine is in Valley Hospital, Ridgewood NJ's bariatric center for exellence. How is your pre-op diet going? I am having a little bit of a hard time, like everyone else my body is going into shock i think. BUT i really want to be a healthy eater, so my internal battle begins.
