So, this post messed up. Trying to figure out how to fix it. Sorry guys!

I have lost 100 pounds! This has been a crazy ride and im still not sure that I am used to it all! But, I wouldnt change a thing!

What happens if you don't get all you protein in for the day? I am doing great on my vitamins and am taking my calcium chews regularly. Its just ever since surgery I can only drink things that are like really cold and it takes me forever to drink one of my shakes so they get hot and ive tried every which way to fix them it just when im at work they get hot and i dont finish them. Ive thought about eating some of the bars but it takes me so long to eat anything that I dont think they would be beneficial. I do try to eat as much cheese and chicken and things like that as i can I just know that I am not getting near as much as I can. Thanks!

I actually have a few questions... I am 3 weeks out and just getting to start the pureed stage. I have cheated a little and had some spaghetti... My question is, I dont know if im eating too much. Like, I eat I guess between 8-12 bites. Most times it doesnt even look like ive ate anything out of my bowl. I have never thrown up from over eating but sometimes I feel uncomfortable for just a few minutes afterward. I dont know, im scared of stretching my sleeve out and like, how long is your stomach healing? I dont want to over do anything I was just absolutely sick of soups and what not. I guess I am just really scared of messing my new stomach up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

So, I got my drain out yesterday and it wasn't until last night that the pain started... its like a pulling pain around 3in below where my drain was starting just below the drain site... it feels like its right under the skin and its just a pulling feeling and I can't feel it unless I'm up walking or just standing... my Dr office is closed today or I would call them... any input would help! My drain was on the right side...

Exactly one week post-op and got my drain out and................. -19 pounds for a total of -37 with my pre-op diet!!!!!!!!! And, the drain didn't hurt at all!! I was so worried for nothing! So happy I got my sleeve!

I go Thursday to have my drain removed and have my first weigh in. It will be on week post-op... I am so nervous about both! Its going to be like Christmas Eve tomorrow night! *wish me luck!*

Thank you all! The Dr office just called and moved my appt up 45 mins! I'm so ready for this!

5 days out. Same diet as you and had my first one today.. not sure when we're actually supposed to though...

Sooooo, I had my sleeve done on 7/21/11 and I go onThursday which will be my one week mark to have my external drain removed. I am more scared about this than the actual surgery!!! I am feeling pretty good just am sore around my stomach where the drain is at. Im on clear liquids until Tuesday then get to go to solid liquids... Im ready to eat something with consistency!! Any comments will be very appreciated!!!

You look great! I am 4 days post-op and your post really helped inspire and excite me!! Ive been really hurting but seeing your post and your pics are making it seem worth it!!!
