I have started the process for Lap Banding. Having to attend a semeniar first and then the whold process will be discussed with us. I have been researching information on Lap Banding, and stumbled onto this site. Found it very imformative and already started a list of questions to ask the Doctor at the seminar. I have spent a lifetime and small fortune on weight loss from fitness centers four or five of them every diet plan I could get my hands on and diet centers like Medibolic Weight Loss, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers,Physican Weight Loss Clinic and every kind of diet pill (over counter and perscription) they came out with. All with some degree of sucess but never able to keep it off....and never reached goal but got to within 10 pounds. At my age I'm looking for a final sucessful life style change.
