Nohemi

Hello all!! I have been roaming around the forum for a while now ,but have not had the courage to introduce myself... My name is nohemi and i'm 25 years old.. i was sleeved June 28th, 2011. Mother of a beautiful 2 year old baby boy and a wife to the best husband life could have given me! I decided to make a life change by having Bariatric surgery. That has been the best decision i have made. With 23 pounds gone in 3weeks and 2 days post-op i could not be any happier! I have read alot of post and they helped me dicide for the sleeve. I think its a good fit for me. At the moment i am on puree and soft foods. So far i have had NO PROBLEMS!! tg!! I am having dificulty learning to eat again... Chew, chew and eat slowly!! Those are the hardest but i think i should have them down good in a couple of days! I feel good and i have no more horrible back pain! I feel great with 23 pounds gone imagine with 135 pounds less!! My weight before surgery was 300 pounds! I had never been that weight but yet again i have never been skinny. Ever since i can remember i have always been the heavier girl of the group. Everyone says to me: You have such a beautiful face but if you would only loose a little bit of weight! It was always nice but then it was like a stab in my heart! At 300 pounds i was happy with my life.. my carrer, my personal, and even with what i saw in the mirror was okay. But at 300 pounds i was tired of feeling like the biggest person in the room and i was tired of feeling TIRED!! A whole new life started after i was sleeved. Thanks for reading... Myrori.. That was one of the main reasons why i did this! My son! He will need me to be involved in his life and i can assure you i will be there for him! No obesity will hold me back from that. Unfortunately 20 years ago we did not have this option, but the good thing is that you are 47 and healthier than ever i bet!! So dont regret it. Everything you have done has gotten you here today, and i think its a good today. Thanks for the sweet words!!
