Wow, I met my surgeon. He is definitely the quintessential curt doctor I imagined, but thankfully, he was able to answer all my questions and make me feel reassured about the surgery.

Haha, you ladies think I am kidding. My feet are jacked up without polish. Maybe I will just get a pedi the day before surgery with clear polish.... Think they will let me have that? You can have my fingers, but please let me have the toes, lol. *makes puppy dog eyes*

I also remember this episode of Sister Sister when I think about tattoos. The mother of Tia, Jackie, had a little tabby cat when she was younger, but as she got older and put on weight. It turned into a tiger because of the stretch marks and stretched skin. It always makes me laugh out loud when I think about it. I would wait.

Wow, that is so true. I have never lost 100 lbs, but I was close! And just to think how much the body likes to regulate itself.... it seems nearly impossible to lose what we need to without help. I think I really need to read something like this today. -
