Huh, havent't heard about those. Interesting.
  3. Ooh, one other thing we could add to the excel sheet is weight loss in inches!

  4. I love this list. It is like a sleeve list of commandments, and I love how positive it sounds. Keep up the awesome work! I definitely have to start setting finite goals for myself.

    No longer 300+

Sounds like my closet. I would get "gifted" clothes from my mom that were too big for her, and I couldn't get rid of them. I can't wait to be able to wear them. Congrats on your amazing success!

    Here's Some Stall Info...

So putting that in my sleeve folder!
  7. Thank you soooo much for sending me that excel chart! It so amazing. I really appreciate the little directions off to the side. :) I think I am figuring it out.

  8. I know, what you mean, I love reading this every morning and evening. I am definitely an addict. It wouldn't be so wonderful without the amazing people who post here.

    Anyone Read This?

It definitely does not make the Allergen product look all sunshine and roses.

    Peanut Flour

Ooh, thank you feedyoureye, I can't wait to try that. I just have to get some peanut flour. Wish the SO luck, he will be my guinea pig for the foreseeable future, lol.
  13. Woohoo, you and I are about the same spot on the 6MSWL. We will get through it. I have read on here and from what my PCP has told me, keep with it and make sure you make every appointment. It isn't so much about the weight loss as much as making healthy choices. For me the hardest part hasn't been the "diet" per say, but incorporating more exercise.
  14. I think I am going to go on a trial run of the pre-op diet in about two weeks, so this is really info ladies. Thank you!
  15. Lol, you are really convincing me. I am not sure I can do it, but I want to try. How many calories are you shooting for on a normal day?

  16. WOOHOO! Great photos! I can't wait to be able to wear shorts. They always ride up on me now.

What to replace delivery pizza with?

Maybe order some plain chicken wings and heat yourself up some veggies? That is what my mom has always done. She has some strange aversion to pizza.

    Really, NO gum chewing?

Ahhh, I am going to have to ask about that. I am a chronic gum chewer. I am not kidding almost half a pack a day. I really don't know how I am supposed to quit. It really helps me keep from mindless eating and with my stress levels.
  21. Aw, hope you heal up soon. Wishing you a quick recovery!
  22. That's just plain funny. You gave me a great idea though. Potlucks at work will so be getting muffins with yucky protein powder. *insert maniacal laughter here* Poor unsuspecting coworkers.

    Amazing

Haha, you make a good point. With just me and the boyfriend, after surgery I might have to alter my recipes for smaller portions or we will never get rid of things, lol.

Are We Doing Atkins After Being Sleeved????

I don't know what will work for me yet, but I have taken the guidelines set forth by my surgeon as my first rule and then what I have learned on here how to supplement it. I recommend keep reading, keep asking questions, and figure out what will work for you. I know that if I just eat regularly my body is normally happy, but this is still pre-sleeve thinking for me.
  25. I liked reading this. These are some of the same things I keep bouncing around in my head. Good topic.
