Yeah, I love EAS brand. OMG, LilMissDiva you are brilliant. I will totally start adding a little protein powder to my drinks to add protein and keep down the carbs. That is brilliant. -
I mean, not to be silly or anything, but I always questioned that or how else would RTD protein drinks work?

I am so sorry things are so rough for you. I do understand a little where you are coming from with hiding the surgery from your husband because I am hiding it from my father with whom I have insurance coverage. He would actually try to kick me off it if he knew what I was trying to do. I wish you all the luck you can get, and hope you stay strong in trying to get your surgery done.
