Wow, today must be one of those days for the scale. I am sorry the scale hasn't moved, but sometimes that happens. Just know it will move again. Here is an article that I think really explains stalls well. http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html

I am doing really well, sipping and walking. I can't wait to move up the food chain again, lol. I feel awesome. I am debating whether or not to return to classes on Wednesday or Friday because I don't know what to do with myself. How are you? Decide on a surgeon?

I don't have any advice except to maybe crush the vitamins and spoon them in some yogurt. Also, congrats on your super awesome weight loss! -
So, what happens if...

I am sorry you are having these issues, but you might be getting more protein than you think. Have you tried measuring out your portions and counting the protein? Also, have you thought about cottage cheese and maybe tuna salad? -
Hey, that is in my book! Congrats.

Congrats! I hope I can say something similiar!

Haha, that makes me feel better that I am not the only one using a sippy cup.

The hormones can cause crazy fluctuations with periods, but I don't know more than that. I am sure someone else will chime in.

Yeah, I am starting to think I won't be one of those people who isn't hungry. My tummy is soooo growling and I am taking my acid reducer as soon as I wake up.

I lost 20% of my excess weight during my 6 months supervised weight loss and pre-op diet, so 27.4 lbs. None of the weight loss was required for my surgery, but I wanted to have a pretty liver and get as much weight off as I could before surgery so I had less to lose after. I did low carb for about 5 months, so I ate pretty much everything as long as I could keep my carbs under 30g a day.

I just hit the jackpot!
