Make sure to have doctors notes with your weight on them. Aetna almost denied me until I got them to them

I have my period now and I am 3 days post op. I think it is worse because of the blood thinners. I just wish it would go away

I was thinking the same thing this nausea sucks!!! Got meds and took my first dose a few hrs ago feeling a little better hoping at my second dose I feel better. I wouldn't feel so bad if it wasn't for the nausea.

The only way you will win is by being healthy!! My opinion is to spend time working on you now! get to a weight where you feel comfortable and than revisit this... All this stress will just slow you down from your ultimate goal of being healthy! You deserve that and it seems he thinks the same thing. Maybe you will never be romantic again but maybe you two can be really good friends. Just my opinion I know it is easier said than done! Good luck!!

Happy Birthday!!!!! I am also scheduled on 12/3. Congrats on quitting smoking! I don't consider that cheating I used an e-cig to help with my cravings too 3 years ago! That alone is a thought challenge!!! Have you started your pre-op diet yet? I start mine tomorrow and am freaking out!

My liquid diet stars Monday too!!! I'm getting nervous now!!! It's soon close

My date is Dec 3rd!!! I have been cleaning my whole house and have all my Christmas shopping done except buying a few gift cards!!! This way after surgery I can focus on me and not everything else
