So today I have added some boost. Just a little bit. Still can't tolerate water. But losing about 2lbs a day.

I had that too before my surgery. The meds are expensive even with insurance. 4 pills twice a day. But I passed the breath test. I have had my surgery and on my way. -

Day 5. I have the same issue it feels like my stomach is growling a lot. I walk alot just cant get enough fluids in so I feel weak. Hopefully my body will adjust. Chicken broth seems to help.

I take a prescription but D once a month. A B 12 shot once a month given by doc. Right now I'm taking one a day vitacraves adult multivitamin dummies I like them. I can chew them very well

I took off 3 weeks. I want to be very well and moving around before I go back to work.

That is my surgery date. It is too soon for protein drinks. You should still be on clear liquids. -

Today I ate some fatfree yogurt made by Archers Farms from Target and it went down well . The little spoonfuls I could take.but I got full so fast. I have to learn when I am full this over fullness feeling is uncomfortable. Looking forward to just feeling better. Thanks for support. Trying to figure out how to post a pic.
