I am also being banded on August 1. I am definitely getting nervous. This liquid diet of no food is killing me. I have no energy. My nutritionist told me to buy Optifast. They are horrible but I am getting through. It is amazing how much I think of food. That is my problem. Not being able to eat has definitely made me realize that. I am so excited to start living. 10 days left. But whose counting. -
I am so happy to be able to speak to people who are in the same situation as me. It is comforting to know I am not alone.
