my doctor told me to drink a protein drink right before bed so i'm not hungry throughout the night. might help?

hi! are you mixing with Water or milk??? i just recently bought the same brand but fruit punch flavor and i mixed it with water. it was....not good. i have to take it back. the good thing about GNC is you can take back anything within 30 days if you don't like it. the man at the gnc store said that vanilla was the most popular flavor but i'm willing to try anything!

Are there any people that have tried drinking beer after being banded? i understand the doctor will tell me to give up carbonation...but some people drink small amounts of soda. Any thoughts?

I am getting banded in 2 weeks, and the only thing I'm nervous about is that I might have to give up beer. I haven't really talked it over with the doctor yet. Are there any beer lovers out there who have some insight?

So exciting!!! I don't have a date for surgery yet, but I have done everything on my end..just waiting for insurance approval! I'm hoping to have an August surgery as well! Good luck!
