I sneezed wen unprepared and pulled on the week old port wound, causing it to pull from the scab a bit. It really hurt for about 5 min. Then I realized it was so funny that I started laughing. That hurt too. Now its bugging me. Twinge. Twinge. Twinge. And whenever I think of it I want to laugh but inside I am saying don't laugh don't laugh!!! And I am keeping my guard up for sneezes.

I went last week, Tijuana, Hosp Angeles, Dr. Cordova. Everything was great. I should have left 2 days before to enjoy some tacos first though. I miss tacos......

Uh, banded one week ago. Down 18 lbs. Yeesh. Craving a burrito. I did the "hop over the border to git 'er done" method.

SO I am down 18 lbs in 7 days, tanking up on Water and smoothies with the occasional foray into cottage cheese/mushed avocado/hummus. Am i doing it wrong? I can only eat about 1/2 to 1 cup of food at a time, the more liquidy it is the closer I can make it to a full cup.

Due to cravings I moved to think liquids after 2 days and onto super mushies (flan) on day 3. Last night I wanted pizza.
