I'm in the Bay Area and staying at a hotel where I stayed years ago. I remember weighing myself here and was 220 today I'm 169 WOW...THANK YOU JESUS FOR MY SLEEVE!!!

I was told I'm thinking like a fat person! Could it be true?? I took back a bridesmaids dress that was tight (my hubby had to literally help zip me up lol) and that was uncomfortable (size 10) and got the bigger size (12) so I can eat this week
...I just really wanted to be comfortable...I think (and eat???) lol. I just didn't want to stress this week about it (and eat) lol -

Is the ultrasound for the liver or to see if you have gallstones??? I had an ultrasound too, but they said it was to see if I had stones, because then they would remove the gallbladder.
