OK I missed the Dr. OZ "Vanity Sizing" show today, BUT just went to his website and OMG I KNEW IT! I'm really a size 10 hahahaha! And it said if you're wearing 8's you're really a 12!!! That means when I was wearing an 18 W a few years ago I was really a twenty something OMG! WOW!

YIKES I spoke too soon...I just found out I have low ferritin levels (low iron). I had stopped taking my multi-vitamin for months, and that's what I got ...OK hopefully my next labs will be better. No wonder I've been freeeeezing and SUPER TIRED LOL!

I met with that funny NUT you were talking about! I told him about our support group, he said he would come and speak lol!

Had my 9 month post op appointment! I officially hit the 40's yayyy! My lab work came back normal yayyy! The NUT said I need to eat something for breakfast and add fruit to my diet. I usually just drink an iced coffee. I also need to walk at least 30 min. 4 times a week. I MUST DO THIS

I REALLY liked that new makeover weight loss show on ABC last night ...the trainer is sooo sweet!
