No, I don't following my guidelines 100% of the time. I have eaten my fair share of donuts and tabo foods. But I don't beat myself up about it and I go on. I do try to eat my protein and drink my water and I think that helps alot. I have slowed down alot in my weight loss tho. I am losing about 10 pounds a month now. That's why I am hoping to be at goal by Aug.
